Semolina Artisanal Pasta a "Buyer's Favorite" at Monsieur Marcel!

A couple of years ago, when Semolina was just a germ of an idea starting to sprout, I tried to envision where I would sell my pastas. Monsieur Marcel in the Original Farmers Market on Third and Fairfax topped my list. When I lived in Hollywood, it was always my go-to source for specialty, high-quality ingredients. I could see my pastas standing tall on the shiny stainless metro racks, surrounded by fruity and spicy olive oils, umami-rich anchovies and syrupy aged balsamics. 

I am proud to announce that I delivered my first order to Monsieur Marcel yesterday, and the bags are already on the shelves, as well as on a beautiful display in the center of the store. And what's even better is that I've been invited to sample my pastas this Saturday, October 18th, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.! If you missed us at Artisanal LA and live in the L.A. area, now's your chance to to try some of our incredible dried pasta.
