DRIED SLOWLY & AT LOW TEMPERATURES
We dry all of our pastas slowly and at low temperatures to preserve the natural flavor of the wheat.
Our pastas are made from Semolina milled from Organic Durum wheat.
It’s the best pasta. All of it is the best pasta.
Here’s to the most delicious comforting meal .. and a thank you to the most conciseness pasta maker Thank you for caring so much
Leah and her team make the best dried pasta I have worked with and/or enjoyed. From a simple Cacio y Pepe to a complex, long simmered Bolognese, Semolina pasta is the ticket to a first-class, delightful, dining experience. The sampler is a great opportunity to introduce and addict a foodie to a higher level of culinary taste.
We really loved the fresh Campanelle pasta. It was a perfect compliment to our chicken Piccata. We'll be back for more!
USPS lost my Pasta which I ordered for a specific event and Leah graciously handled it comping me the box. We did get it late and just recently used our home grown-made Pesto and it was very good quality pasta especially since was organic. Will return to buy in the future.
Delicious house made pastas and wonderful Italian cheeses. So happy to have Semolina in the neighborhood. We will return,
This is arguably the best pasta I have ever had. The texture and flavor were soooo good.
My all-time favorite!
Beautiful spatula. Can’t wait to use it.
Beautiful spoon. Can’t wait to use it.
Semolina Fresh Campanelle (Pickup Only)
Delicious! Great flavor and consistency.
We made rigatoni alla vodka for a friend who came to visit LA from the Bay Area. It was so delicious she asked for the recipe. We sent it to her with along with a gift: a 6-pack box of different varieties of Semolina artisianal pasta. The six-pack makes a perfect gift for another foodie.
I use this in casseroles where I want a pasta to cook within the dish - not cooked separately to be added in before the oven step. This is a somewhat-delicate flat ribbon pasta that is perfectly spoon-size at the table.
Rancho Gordo's heirloom beans are simply magnificent. YES, they are more expensive than either canned beans or supermarket dried beans, but totally worth the $$ and prep time.
RG's Cranberry Beans are wonderful!
