Lesley and Renee are sisters with an unusual shared passion, but one that we at Semolina totally understand: beans! At the foundation of so many of our favorite recipes, from pasta e fagioli to conchiglie with chickpeas and fennel sausage, and the fresher the bean the better. Primary's beans are sourced from individual farms and harvested seasonally, reflecting terroir, variety and the characteristics of each harvest.
Nutty, creamy and thin-skinned, cannellini beans are one of our favorites, and this harvest (Fall 2020) from a farm in Minnesota does not disappoint.
