How could I resist a compendium of all things pasta by one of the best chefs in the U.S. making pasta today? I couldn't, of course. And you shouldn't either. This beautiful book by Missy Robbins (Lilia, Misi) and Talia Baiocchi is something to behold. It It is broken up by Italian-American Classic and then by Italian region, with a section on Contorni (side dishes) that short but solid.
