Semolina Artisanal Pasta
Years ago a friend brought back a little jar of Profumo di Chianti from Tuscany. This herb salt found its way onto my grilled meats, dusted salads and, of course, pasta, until one day it was gone. I was terribly sad, until I discovered Omnivore's classic herb salt. Made with California sea salt, fennel, black and red pepper, it's an incredibly versatile ingredient for any pantry.
