For over 125 years, Olasagasti has produced the finest quality canned fish sourced from the Mediterranean and Cantabrian seas. Founded by Simona Olasgasti and Salvatore Orlando, the company was the first to introduce the time-tested salting techniques of Sicily to the Cantabrian coast at a time when no such tradition was in practice. Matteo Orlando, grandson of Olasgasti and Orlando, carries on their craft to the present day, retaining the reverence for quality and dedication that his grandparents cultivated over a century ago.
