Olasagasti Anchovies a la Basque
We're always looking for new and inventive ways to help people fall in love with the humble anchovy, and the products from the Basque region's Olasagasti seem to hit on all cylinders. These are not a boquerones style, with the touch of vinegar, but rather a fried anchovy with garlic and cayenne. So good on a slice of Bub and Grandma's baguette, or chopped up and added to pasta.
