Lupa Cotta creator Ines Glaser trained at the AVPN school in Naples, Italy, and honed her craft as a pizzaiola at Sotto here in Los Angeles, and at Baest in Copenhagen. Her incredible pizza dough combines three different types of flour to create a wonderful depth of flavor rarely found in store-bought dough. You can now up your home pizza game by preordering her dough balls from us.

Order by Wednesday by 8 p.m. Dough will be available for pickup each Thursday at Semolina. (Shelf life 3-5 days.)
