Finding jarred olives that meet are standards isn't easy. So when we discovered this blend from Carmona, near Sevilla in Spain, we did a double take. A mix of Gordal, Verdial, Zorzalena, Cuquillo, Cornicabra, naturally cured and brined, these are perfect--though not traditional--for puttanesca, but they'd be equally happy with olive oil and a little orange zest on your cheese board.
