Amazing gift!!

I’ve purchased many amazing pastas from semolina and this was not the exception.
I purchased to gift but ended up making the dish myself for a vegetarian friend / family that was traveling for the holidays . This kit saved my life , literally , as I struggle with what to cook for them . This kit had all I needed plus a recipe card that I will now have for future .
This meal kit was a hit with my vegetarian friend and as well as with none vegetarian guests . Everyone raved !
