Domenico's Marcona Almond Pest (Pickup Only)

Food memories are powerful things--they connect us to the past, but often they connect us to people we love. When Dominick DiBartolomeo started working at the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills back in 2001, he bottled that memory in the form of his grandfather's marinated sun-dried tomatoes. These days, Dom makes a lot of speciality Italian goodies, like this Marcona Almond Pesto.

While I'm generally a fan of making my own pestos from scratch, distanced learning and running a business have taught me the joy of offloading some of the work. Domenico's Marcona Almond Pesto is made with Marcona Almonds, Parmigiano-Reggiano, olive oil, garlic parsley, lemon juice and sea salt. Toss it on your favorite Semolina pasta with some grilled or roasted veggies for an easy dinner, or spread it on a sandwich to up your lunch game.
