Semolina's small batch, organic dried pastas are made in Los Angeles using the finest Durum Semolina grown in the U.S. and water. That's it. Each cut is extruded through bronze dies to create a slightly rough texture perfect for holding sauces. Our pastas are then dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve the full flavor of the wheat. They're simple. And simply delicious.
