I'm glad you enjoyed the recipe. Cooking for kids can be so difficult; sometimes I think mine are just picky for the sake of it :-). The pasta with chickpeas and sausage has long been one of their favorites, along with Pasta e Fagioli and Pasta and lentils. They also love pasta and meatballs, Melissa Clark's shallot pasta and pasta agilo e olio (garlic and olive oil).
The conchigle has very quickly become our family favorite- the pasta tastes so fresh and holds sauce so well. Hard to go back to the old standbys after this!
