Just run and purchase !! This was a tool I didn’t know I need it as I never knew it existed ! If you cook , you need it . It is much larger than I thought, and this is a good thing . I used to for the first time this week to make stuffed shells, which btw I bought fresh at semolina. This made it so easy to scoop them out of the hot water without having to carry the pot of hot water and risk testing them . And something I didn’t think about when I purchased , I had pasta water ! I always have seemed to forget to save it and then it’s too late .Plus this is an aesthetically very pretty tool .
