Domenico's Toasted Walnut Pesto (Pickup Only)
Food memories are powerful things--they connect us to the past, but often they connect us to people we love. When Dominick DiBartolomeo started working at the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills back in 2001, he bottled that memory in the form of his grandfather's marinated sun-dried tomatoes. These days, Dom makes a lot of speciality Italian goodies, like this Toasted Walnut Pesto.
Made with toasted walnuts, of course, Parmigiano-Reggiano, basil, garlic, parsley, lemon and sea salt, it's herbaceous and nutty and ready for tonight's dinner. No mortar and pestle needed.
