Semolina Artisanal Pasta at Milkfarm and Grist & Toll

After more than 18 months toiling away in the kitchen, just me and a lot of Social D turned up too loud, I finally got to take Semolina pasta out to the public. Never one to just dip my toe in, I decided there was no better place to launch than at the Artisanal LA fall show. Well, we did it! And I couldn't be happier. Everyone who stopped by our booth loved our pastas, and we got to talk to so many passionate foodies. It was really exhilarating.

If you weren't able to make it out to Artisanal LA, or had already spent your allowance before you hit our booth, we are proud to announce that you can find our pastas at Milkfarm, the incredible new artisan cheese shop on Colorado Boulevard in Eagle Rock and at Grist & Toll, the wonderful urban flour mill in Pasadena, on Arroyo.
